Missing Person: Douglas Chong, Male, Toronto, Date of Birth: 08/29/2014, Douglas has been known to frequent shelters. On September 3, 2009 Douglas Chong, 62 years of age, called his sister and advised he had attended the Toronto Western Hospital as he had not been feeling well. He advised he had been dehydrated and was sent to Seaton House to recover where he had been for three days and was feeling better. This was the last time anyone has heard from Douglas Chong. He has not retuned to his last known address. Neither Toronto Western Hospital nor Seaton House have any record of Douglas Chong having been there on or about the 3rd of September, 2009.
